About Tom

 

Tom is a seasoned advisor and marketing partner to C-level executives and leaders across a broad range of domestic and global consumer and B2B industries. He has led national and global assignments for Unilever, the NHL, Herman Miller/MillerKnoll, Merrill Lynch, AT&T, Kraft, Beam Suntory, Nestlé, Royal Philips Electronics, MillerCoors, and many others. Today he is active in the vitamins & skincare, food & dairy, semiconductor, and alcoholic beverage categories. He also coaches and advises entrepreneurs and leaders in the digital media and marketing services businesses.

He first held pivotal roles at agencies like FCB, JWT, and DDB, then co-founded agencies in Los Angeles in New York. For the last 6 years, through TomCottonCo, his work spans every facet of the corporate, brand, product and marketing communications value chain, along with corporate management advice and counsel.
